Dr. Dondre Davis is a 27-year-old entrepreneur, mentor, and the proud founder of Prosperity Wealth Partners, based in Houston, TX. Originally from Midland, his journey into entrepreneurship began in 2022 with an online boutique—just a dream and a laptop. That hustle opened the door to the credit industry, where a powerful mentorship changed the course of his life.

With four years in the tax industry, Dr. Davis started at Wealth Prodigy, earning $60K in his first season. His mentor soon challenged him: "Dondre, it's time to step it up—I want you as a Team Lead. "He was nervous, but he accepted the call. That second season, his six-person team brought in over $280K. He realized then that success could be taught and scaled. The following season, he trained over 50 individuals, handed them the blueprint, and together they closed in on half a million dollars—in just a quarter of the season.
